Ibiza-Voice have today published an article on "The role of art in the dance industry", talking to VVWI's Tim Sheridan, as well as Mike Monday, Arthur Baker and Mr C:

As a special treat to our readers I.V has assembled a distinguished panel of industry players to discuss the role of visuals in our predominantly audio-driven scene. We spoke to Mike Monday, who uses animated and cartoon imagery in his work. Mr C who as well as being admirably image-conscious in his fashion sense is also a label owner. Tim Sheridan's VVWI label is well known for it's strikingly gothic artwork. Arthur Baker is the production legend behind such seminal works as the birth of Hip Hop with Planet Rock, New Order and Bob Dylan. We gathered these very different gentlemen together in our imaginary "Big Brother House" (in fact a simple video conference call) and asked them to bring along some of their favourite images to the table and also we took the opportunity to put some questions to them...

Veryverywrongindeed considers Mike Monday one of the family. Having long been a stalwart guest playing back to back DJ sessions with Tim Sheridan over the years (with an honourable mention to Back to Basics '09) it seemed just plain mental not to have a track from him out on the label when he is one of our most frequent and well loved guests behind the decks.

Your Body is a return to the increasingly inaccurately named and elusive "Classic Monday Sound". Veryverywrongindeed has been a fan of Mike since he first re-emerged as the dancefloor beast of monster island some years ago. It's been a bitter sweet feeling for the label to witness his spectacular rise and we are moist with joy to finally have roped the wonky creature that is Your Body to the corral and ridden it around for a bit, whooping until it throws us off and stamps on our face.

Your Body was "Top Tune" in IDJ's April issue and has already had regular plays on Kiss 100, BLN.FM, KBOO, Proton and Kiss FM Melbourne. It has been eviewed on the web by Tillate.com, Fly Global Music, Data Transmission, Hearing is Believing, Simply Bangin', Nerdy Frames and more.
